Refund & Return Policy

At KY ROCK DRILL, we stand behind the quality of our manufactured rock drilling alternative spare parts.

1. Return Eligibility

Since our products are engineering-grade industrial spare parts, returns or exchanges are eligible only under the following conditions:

• The product has a proven manufacturing defect.
• The incorrect part model or OEM number was delivered by our team.
• The item is completely unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging.

2. Return Process

You must notify us of any claims within 14 days of receiving your shipment. Please contact us at murat@kyrockdrill.com with your invoice number, photos of the parts, and a description of the issue.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed via bank wire transfer to your business account within 7-10 business days.
